Since Jeph graduated in December, but decided not to walk in his graduation ceremony, we decided to take him out and combine his birthday celebration with his birthday. Kathryn made him his Candy Lei, so at least he got the best part of the ceremony (right?) Anyway, he promised he would walk when he gets his Masters and then we can get all the fun graduation pictures.
It's still fun to get gifts no matter the age or the occasion.
This is what passed for his birthday cake and his graduation cake. I know it was kind of pathetic. But it was kind of low key.
