I did something I had never done before. I went to the Timpanogoas Storytelling Festival with Mom. We only went one day. It was quite entertaining, but we both decided we really liked the storytellers that had stories from their lives rather than fairytales and bedtime stories. It was just so much more entertaining and funny when the storyteller puts themselves or people they know into the story, even if they are fantastical or not true at all and are pulling your leg. We really enjoyed it, although it was pretty hot they had huge fans in the tents and plenty of seating for everyone. I think we just might try it again this year.
