Ummm! Chocolate, My one weakness!

So on Oct 28th, my Mom called and said "Do you know what day it is today? It is National Chocolate Day!" She had read about it in the newspaper and there was a little shop along State St. that was going to honor it with samples and a booksigning and it made it sound like it was going to be a big deal.  So after going up and down State St. trying to find this place, we checked the address again in the ad and realized we had been looking for the wrong address and finally found it.  It was in an old converted house.  But it didn't look like any celebration was going on.  So I checked the ad again and it wasn't going to start until 4 pm.  So what do we do now?  We of course go in and enjoy some of their goodies.  We didn't get any free samples though. But it was a quaint little place and we enjoyed the quiet time.  There were no other customers either.
